A 1975 Greco Les Paul Hot Rod, custom ordered in Japan and finished in two-tone sunburst front and back. The original customer's initials, “HK”, are engraved on the truss rod cover — a personalisation option Greco offered for custom orders.

Rather than a conventional dual-humbucker setup, this guitar was configured by a previous owner in a Les Paul Junior-inspired style, with only the PAF-style bridge humbucker connected. Measuring 8.60 kΩ, this relatively hot pickup delivers plenty of punch and presence, while the one-volume, one-tone layout keeps things direct.

The 3-way toggle currently works as a kill switch, adding a hot-rod twist. The neck pickup is present but not connected; the neck volume and tone pots remain in the body if you wish to restore a conventional two-pickup circuit.
