Presents this 1977 Greco “Spacey Sounds” TE-500 Thinline, a standout from the lawsuit era. Built by top Japanese factories like Matsumoku and Fujigen, this guitar delivers vintage Fender-level quality without the Fender price tag, crafted by the same skilled hands that later made Fender Japan.

Maple neck with a maple fretboard has developed a baked maple look over almost 50 years of playing. Equipped with original Maxon PU-103 Wide Range humbuckers from the sought-after prototype line (serial 17720, July 20, 1977, patent pending).

Electronics, wiring, pots, selector, and original Greco tuners are all intact. Neck plate serial H773369, frets as pictured, usual dings and checking consistent with age. Shielding tape inside control cavity.

Comes with gig bag. An excellent collector and player instrument representing the golden era of Japanese craftsmanship.
