1978 Greco Mirage M-800 — an exceptionally rare Japanese high-end guitar built by Fujigen, and the domestic-market counterpart to the Ibanez 2663TC / IC-210. Same factory, same construction, same components and the same unique Maxon PU-5T triple-coil pickup — the only difference being the market they were intended for.

The asymmetrical design was made famous by Steve Miller and his iconic 1970s guitar, closely associated with the classic Steve Miller Band sound and hits such as “Rock'n Me”. A recording of “Rock'n Me” is included with this listing.

The Mirage M-800 appeared only in the 1978 and 1979 Greco catalogues, with fewer than 200 examples believed to have been produced. The exceptionally rare Maxon PU-5T features three individual coils and a unique four-position rotary selector, offering four distinct tonal configurations. This example comes complete with a form-fit hard case.
